- When you make your order, the product is custom printed, cut, and stitched especially for you - owing to the bespoke nature of the manufacturing process. There may be minor variations in the pattern on the seams and/or arms!

Processing Time: Almost products are processed within 5 - 7 days in normal condition. But all of shoes types take longer, from 7 - 15 business days.
Shipping Time: You will receive your order within 7 - 15 days in normal condition (depending on the destination) from when it is shipped out, not when the order is placed.
